Australia beat West Indies by 6 wickets

Australia wins a comprehensive match against West Indies by 6 wickets to kick them out of the semifinal race in ICC Twenty20 World Cup here on Tuesday at the Beausejour Stadium.

Man of the Match: Steven Smith

Win this Victory; Australia has now being qualified for the semi-finals whereas West Indies are eliminated from the tournament.

Ramnaresh Sarwan was the top scorer as he took 26, while Chanderpaul contribute 24. For Australia, Steven Smith took 3 wickets. Mitchell Johnson and David Hussey took 2 wickets each.

Chasing a victory target of 106, Australia romped home in 16.2 overs with 6 wickets left. They made 109/4. Brad Haddin was the top scorer with 42, while David Warner scored 25.

The Super 8 stage is over now. England, Pakistan, Australia and Sri Lanka qualified for the semifinals. England will take on Sri Lanka in the first semifinal on Thursday and Pakistan will meet Australia in the second semifinal on Friday.

    as per my opinion, Dhoni is a chitter and not a player.
    he is putting such a nonsence type of excuses for his failure, which is not acceptale by at least a player, who is playing for the nation . natinal pride is attached with the player performance.

Dhoni shpuld be given rest for at least one year time from criket.
